Health Check-Up Camp

This event was organized by the Sahara Care Centre of Nashik for the old aged members to check up their health status. During this event, S.C. Centre took help from a local health center and organized a free medical camp for the senior persons of the area. Around 50 people were present except our care centre members at this event and were provided with health checkups and first aid. In this event the following checkups took place- Blood CheckUp, Sugar Checkup, Blood Pressure Checkup, First Aid, Dressing, etc.

Celebrating Independence Day

Independence Day is a very important day for every Indian citizen, everyone has a different aspect regarding this issue. Especially, the seniors have seen a different era than the new generation, so they have a different emotion regarding this day. We are arranging a different event on this day from the beginning where we arrange shows where the elders took part and perform with joy.

Group Exercise Classes

Group exercises, like yoga, laughing classes, and chess are fun and social ways to improve flexibility and balance, which are key to preventing falls in older adults. We also offer chair exercise classes, water aerobics programs, which can appeal to seniors who are living with arthritis.
